Refund policy
John Bradley Custom is a premium apparel company and wants to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase of John Bradley Custom Products. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, you have 30 days within receiving your order shipped confirmation email to request a return!
The 30 day warranty is from the purchase date that covers all manufacturing defects, that is straight from their packaging. The warranty is invalid and will not be granted for all mistreated products and/or damage caused from riding.
 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@johnbradleycustom.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items, unless otherwise specified. You bear the risk of loss during shipment; thus, we recommend that you insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery
Once we receive your return, it can take up to 15 business days for your return to be processed, funds to be transferred and the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Cancelling Orders:Â If you need to cancel your order and its before the 2nd business day we will refund the credit card that you originally purchased with minus any credit card fees.
Being that all items are made to order, you will not be able cancel any orders that are past the 2nd business day and the order amount will not be refunded to your original credit card that you purchased your items with.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders, personalized items or team custom jerseys). We also do not accept returns on items (such as Goggles, Jerseys ordered with name or number that were purchased from us and jerseys that name and number were placed on after customer received product. This includes jerseys, t-shirts and hoodies). Once the order has been placed on these custom orders there are no exchanges or refunds. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method on the original card that the original purchase was made on. If the item was shipped there would not be a refund on shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
There will be no refunds on products that have been lost or delayed through any third party vendor or service provider if an active tracking number has been issued.Â
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. The items that you purchase will not be exchanged or refunded based on the final color of any or all items.
It is up to the customer ordering from the website to look at the size chart and choose the correct size of jersey, pants or gloves for their order. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for custom gear that may not fit the rider and is solely the responsibility of the person using this website to choose the correct sizing for their purchase.
